Full Project Manager

Description:

We are looking for a Full Project Manager with fluent English and an agile profile to manage multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
You must think big, act quickly, and adapt frequently in a fast-moving environment.

Your job here:

• Managing project schedules, scopes, and deliveries with a focus on agility and efficiency;
• Managing the planning, execution, and optimization of projects linked to growth and performance marketing campaigns;
• Being the link between internal teams and international stakeholders;
• Ensuring clear and objective communication between all parties involved;
• Anticipating risks, proposing quick solutions, and making autonomous decisions;
• Participating actively in meetings and presentations in English;
• Monitoring KPIs and keeping tasks organized and prioritized.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Communication or related areas;
• At least 3 years' experience in Project Management (full level);
• Solid experience in Project Management in the creative industry, department or related environment;
• Fluent English (oral and written) - daily use with client and team;
• Good understanding and knowledge of design and branding, with great attention to detail;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, and powerpoint) and Google suite (docs, spreadsheets, presentation);
• Understanding of growth metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.);
• Experience with performance campaigns;
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
• Commitment and proactivity.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize, agility in decision-making, and focus on results.

Desired differentials:

• Knowledge of Meta platforms and their product portfolio;
• Experience in digital, tech or innovation environments;
• Understanding of tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion or similar;
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PSM, etc.) or media/performance (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.).
