We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support Creator Marketing team in Brazil as a contingent worker. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing creator-led marketing strategies designed to drive business outcomes across a broad portfolio of products, audiences, and campaigns.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in creator marketing, social content strategy, and campaign execution with a strong analytical mindset. They understand how creators influence behavior, how content drives outcomes, and how to translate business objectives into effective creator-led marketing programs.
This is a role that requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, agency leadership, strong measurement capabilities, and a deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and culture.

Key Responsibilities
Creator Strategy Development

● Develop creator-led marketing strategies that support broader business and marketing
objectives.
● Translate high-level business goals into actionable creator and content strategies.
● Define strategic recommendations for how creators can be leveraged to drive outcomes
such as product adoption, revenue growth, education, awareness, engagement, and
brand perception.
● Establish clear strategic frameworks, audience approaches, creator segmentation
models, and content recommendations for campaigns.
● Build strong points of view on the role creators and content should play in achieving
specific business objectives across different audiences and products.

Campaign Leadership & Execution

● Lead the end-to-end execution of creator marketing campaigns across multiple
products and audiences.
● Manage external agencies, vendors, and creator partners responsible for campaign
development and delivery.
● Oversee campaign planning, creative development, creator selection, content
deployment, and optimization.
● Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business
objectives.
● Drive excellence in campaign execution while balancing strategic priorities and
operational rigor.

Measurement & Insights

● Partner closely with Data Science, Insights, and Analytics teams to define success
metrics and measurement approaches.
● Develop measurement frameworks that connect creator activity to business outcomes.
● Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
● Demonstrate fluency in concepts such as incrementality, attribution, lift measurement,
experimentation, and performance analysis.
● Translate data into strategic recommendations and actionable business insights.
● Use quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously improve campaign
effectiveness and inform future strategy.

Required Qualifications

● 7–12 years of experience in marketing, creator marketing, influencer marketing, social
strategy, content strategy, or related fields.
● Significant experience developing and executing creator-led marketing campaigns.
● Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect creator marketing initiatives to
business objectives.
● Strong understanding of how content and creators can be leveraged to influence
business and consumer outcomes.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, content ecosystems, and creator
landscapes.
● Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
● Advanced analytical capabilities and experience using data to inform strategy and
decision-making.
● Experience partnering closely with analytics, insights, or data science teams.
● Demonstrated understanding of measurement methodologies, including
experimentation, incrementality, attribution, and performance evaluation.
● Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to improve marketing strategy, campaign
execution, workflow automation, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
● Fluency in English (written and verbal).
● Based in Brazil.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience working at leading brands, technology companies, creator-focused
organizations, or marketing agencies.
● Experience designing campaigns targeting both consumer and business audiences.
● Familiarity with creator monetization, influencer ecosystems, and digital advertising
solutions.
● Experience evaluating campaign effectiveness using lift studies, attribution models,
experimentation frameworks, or similar methodologies.
● Strong understanding of cultural trends and their impact on content performance and
audience behavior.
